What you were doing, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
For billing: the date and amount, and whether you bought a month or the year. Put Billing in the subject.
For privacy requests (see your data, correct it, delete your account): put Privacy in the subject, as the Privacy Notice says.
To report a persona: use the Report button on its page first; it reaches moderation faster than email.
Things you can do yourself
Cancel, change plan, update your card, download receipts: Manage subscription on your Account page, or the link in your receipt email.
Sign in trouble: the sign-in link email expires; ask for a new one from the Sign in button. Check spam once.
Chat says the site is at capacity: hosted chat pauses at the month's cap and your messages stay yours; your own key keeps working.
Is it down? If personakind.com does not load for you, email with the time and what you saw. There is no status page yet; this line is it.
Security
Found a security problem? Email with Security in the subject, or read security.txt. What we do after a breach is in the Terms, section 3.
Personas are AI, not real people, and every published page says so. Hosted chat runs on Claude Haiku; your own key runs on whatever you bring. Built in the open by Potions and Familiars LLC, St. Joseph, Missouri. Source on GitHub.
