No key, nothing to set up. Hosted chat runs on Claude Haiku. Buy from the chat drawer on any persona page after you sign in. A pack is a hard cap, not a meter: unused messages stay until the period ends, and a new purchase starts a fresh period at the pack size.

When the whole site is near its monthly capacity, hosted chat pauses and your messages stay yours; the meter on Explore shows where it stands. Your own key never pauses.
Payments are handled by Stripe under RevenueCat's checkout; we never see or store your card number. Plans renew until cancelled. Cancel, change plan, update your card or download receipts and invoices from Manage subscription on your Account page or in the receipt email. Changing to another plan happens there, never by buying twice. Refunds for time already used are at our discretion, and refunds required by law are always given; email dylanleeson@potionsandfamiliars.com. The full wording is in the Terms, section 1.5.
